What we know about the 2017 Disney Springs Kids Spa Party

Parents have been invited to a spa party at Disney Springs Resort in Southern California this weekend that’s being billed as “the first ever” kids spa, according to Disney.

The event is being billed by organizers as a “kids spa party” and will feature “sauna, spa rooms, an indoor swimming pool, a spa area and a food court.”

It will take place at the resort’s Grand Floridian Springs Hotel and will open at 6 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 13.

In addition to the spa, attendees will also have the option to take a dip in the spa waters and participate in activities at the pool.

As of Saturday night, the party is open only to families ages 10 and up, according the event page.

“The party will have plenty of fun activities for kids, and guests will be able to take part in the Spa Party’s unique activities and attractions, such as a kid-friendly pool with bouncy balls, bounce houses, a video game room and a petting zoo,” the page reads.

The spa party is scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 31 from 1 to 6 p:m.

The theme of the spa is “Spa Party,” and there will be a selection of items for sale including “gourmet spa treats,” the event description says.

The resort’s spa is located at 1 Grand Florian Drive, Orlando, Florida 32819.
